For Buyers

How do I place an order?

Browse food items, click "Add to cart,"then go to your cart and click "Checkout."Choose your payment method and confirm your order.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept GCash, Maya, Credit/Debit Card, and Cash on Delivery (COD).

How much is the delivery fee?

Delivery fee is PHP 30 flat rate within Cagwait 8304.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Go to "My Orders"from your profile to see all your orders and their status.

How do I cancel an order?

Contact the seller directly or reach out to support if the order is still pending.

For Sellers

How do I become a seller?

Register with "I want to Sell food (Seller)"option. Admin will review and approve your application within 24-48 hours.

What is the platform fee?

GetGoodFood charges 10% platform fee on each sale to maintain the marketplace and provide support.

How do I add products?

Once approved, go to "My Store"dashboard, fill in the product form (name, price, category, image), and click "Publish Product."

When do I receive payments?

Your earnings are tracked in your seller wallet. Request payout when you reach minimum threshold (PHP 500).

How do I manage incoming orders?

Go to "My Orders"in your seller dashboard. Confirm or cancel orders as needed.

Account & Security

I forgot my password. What should I do?

Currently, contact support to reset your password. We're adding a self-service password reset feature soon.

How do I update my profile?

Click your name in the navigation menu, then select "Profile"to edit your details.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. We use Firebase Authentication and do not store your full card details. All payments are processed securely.
